Paine is President/Co-Founder Election Integrity Project (EIP)

YUBA CITY, CA (MPG) - The Feather River Tea Party Patriots announced Linda Paine will be the Special Guest Speaker at their next meeting, Monday, June 21, 2021.

Linda Paine is President and Co-Founder of Election Integrity Project, Inc. (EIP) founded in 2010, and the Co-Founder of Election Integrity Project, Inc. California (EIPCa) founded in 2017.

Linda has always had a passion for people and a deep love for America. After becoming concerned about destructive legislation being passed in California, she began the journey of learning how to be civically involved.  She co-founded the Tea Party group in Santa Clarita, CA; co-founded the SoCal Liberty Coalition of citizen activists in southern CA; and in December 2010 co-founded EIP with Ruth Weiss.

Since January 2011, EIP has trained approximately 10,000 volunteers in 40 counties in California.  These volunteers have researched state and county voter rolls and observed polling locations and reported their observations.

In August 2015, the California Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights held a public hearing to review EIP’s reports, civil grand jury reports, and national reports regarding the condition of California’s election process. Approximately 80 citizens from counties all over the state described their documentation of deterioration of the election process.

In December 2017, EIPCa became the main plaintiff in a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch against the CA Secretary of State and Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder, based on noncompliance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) requirement to ensure voter rolls are properly maintained. EIPCa signed a Settlement Agreement January 4, 2019 that requires the State to immediately begin to follow federal mandates to identify and remove deceased, those who have moved, and other ineligible registrants from the voter rolls throughout California.

Linda believes involved citizens are key to ensuring the integrity of that part of our Republic through which citizens exercise our most fundamental right ~ the right to choose our representatives by fair and lawful elections.

Ms. Paine will report on new inquiries that will further investigate the incident reports logged by EIPCa election observers during the 2020 Presidential election.  Over 10,000 volunteers have been trained over the last eight years to observe California elections.

Everyone is welcome. There is no membership requirement and no cost to attend.  The Monday, June 21, 2021, Feather River Tea Party Patriots’ meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at Crossroads Community Church, 445 B Street, Yuba City.  Doors open at 6:00 p.m.  Come early to socialize with like-minded patriots, enjoy refreshments, and get a good seat.
